Not So Good for So-Called-Job-Interview

Mr. X  : “Why u choose finance? Do u have any idea what kind of work is it?”

ME     : “Honestly no, coz I’m an engineer fresh grad, but i.. Bla bla..”

Mr. X  : “What have you done to gain knowledge about it?”

ME     : “I’ve read some kiyosaki’s books, about bla bla..”
(*pretty confident about the answer and expecting a good respon*)

(*cool and expresionless*)
Mr. X  : “But that’s not finance..”

(*pretty shock.. But try to keep calm*)
ME     : “Is it? Hm,but i think the principle remains the same..”

Mr. X  : “Nay,it’s unrelated.. Is it anything else beside that?”

ME     : “Well, I… I watch a finance consultation show in Metro TV regularly.”

Mr. X  : “…”
(*he goes silence for few secs.. And then looking down to the paper and smirking..*)

(*now i’m completely shocked with a mouth wide open.. looking at my left, thinking how to leave the room ASAP*)

That’s some summary just how it went, pretty lame, I know, hehe.. Hope you guys learn the lesson from my first interview. Whatever it may be..

And one more thing, don’t be late if you don’t wanna some “Hey, aren’t you the 10 am guy?”. LoL.. xp

Gokilyo’s 1st Anniversary, Hurray…!!

Tanggal 17 Juli 2007 (TERNYATA) adalah pertama kalinya gw mulai ngeblog… jadi…

Agak telat si, hehe…

As u may have noticed, there’s no quality posts here. I just spend several minutes for writing a post, no deep analytical thinking or something. And you might be thinking that it’s not a type of blog that an engineering student would have, since there’s more entertainment stuff than anything that engineer-related…

I’m way too busy… or too lazy… or just do not have enough brain to write about it.. Haha… Beside that my goal in blogging is to get used in English writing.. =)

But I promise you one thing, the next year will be a better year for gokilyo!! *crossing finger*

Dan gw tidak ada afiliasi apa-apa dengan program YMTiny ini. Oh ya, yang buat program ini orang Indonesia lho… ^_^

These last weeks on July…

Busy, busy, busy… you know… sleeping, watching cartoons, playing game, ngaskus, genjrang-genjreng, friendster2an,  facebook2an, and kegiatan2 sampah lainnya… Hahaha…. nasib pengangguran…. T_T

And i just find out that my signature is waaaaaaaay to simple to be classified as a signature! When I’m trying to open a new account in Bank Danamon (because my UI - BNI account will be deleted as I graduate from UI, so i need a new one), the costumer service informed that my signature is not even a signature. She even stated that it’s not even deserved to be called as “paraf”. How pathetic… “nitip-absen” routine makes me make a simple-v-inverted-line as my signature… By this, my friends can easily copy it, so i can skip class anytime… Hmmmmm,I guess this is the catch… Karma…. I guess i need to start to create a more complex signature by now…

Did something stupid these weeks; losing parking tickets twice in a row…, flooding (literally) on my friend’s house (maaf tante… ~_~)… and other stupid stuffs…

Btw, Spanyol juara EURO 2008 uy…!!! hehe, telat banget…
