Job Test
Having some of my college friends recruited by the world major companies even before graduation inspired me to do the same. I applied for a position at one of multinational oil and gas company few weeks ago. And got tested last week. Sigh.. It was my very first time so i’m not so sure about it. The competition is though too, SPMB is nothing compared to this.. For the position that i applied, there were 1040 appliers!! This experience made me said to myself.. “welcome to the real world, knuckle head!”
Shaving
what a shame, I’m about to turn 22 and never had shaved before. Maybe it’s irrelevant for you, but for me it really does! It’s like one of the ‘penobatan’ for a boy to become a man, beside sunatan, fighting, and other testosterone-related stuffs.
in order to get everything right, i bought the most expensive shaver thing that i managed to find in alfamart. Since most of the time, price equals quality. Well, that’s how i met my first gillette vector plus,which later on i named it Erika.. The result? Erika bleeds my chin.. Aww..
By the way, i’m not giving a verdict that gillete vector plus is a bad product. It may caused by the miscommunication with Erika. We’ll work it out.
Coffee
it’s not like i never drank any coffee, (i’ve coffee several times in my life before) but it is the first time i get coffee regularly. Right now i’m drinking a glass of coffee every morning. It helps me to stay awake the whole day. Usually after wake up in the morning i always get sleepy and then get a second sleep. This won’t be a big problem in college (you just skip class or sleep in the class), but it could jeopardize my career when im working later on.. So it’ll be much better if i can solve the problem now. Finally i understand the benefit of indonesian old tradition called “Ngopi”. Long live indonesian tradition!!
*ngopi = indonesian tradition where people drink a coffe before go to work in the morning, usually served with ‘gorengan’ or snacks.
p.s. Argh.. I’m trying to increase my post from 1 post a month to 1 post per 2 week. But i’ve been too busy.. Or too lazy…
p.p.s. You know, I’m not a guy with a big mouth (at least that what i think). So there’s a good reason why i’m blogging and share my life stuffs. One of them is to get feedbacks on my english from you readers! Tell me where i get wrong or if i just said it in a lame and boring way. Any kind of feedbacks will be encouraged and appreciated!
